<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the variance in discharge speed of developer from developer discharge ports of a plurality of manufactured developing units. <P>SOLUTION: A developing device includes; agitating and carrying members R1 and R2 which are rotatably stored in developer circulating and carrying paths (V1+V2) and circulate a two-component developer while agitating and carrying it when rotating and supply the two-component developer to a developing roll storage portion; a discharged developer carrying device (22a+R5) having a developer discharge path 22a for carrying the developer discharged from a developer discharge port 7 to a discharged developer recovery tank 23 and a discharged developer carrying member R5 which is disposed in the developer discharge path 22a and carries the developer discharged from the developer discharge port to the discharged developer recovery tank 23; and a magnetic brush forming member 26 which forms a magnetic brush 27 of the developer on the inside surfaces of developer circulating and carrying parts V1 and V2 above the developer discharge port 7 in a developer carrying direction. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
