<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative illumination fixture producing a three-dimensional aesthetic stage effect on various jewelry and glass vase or the like for interior decoration, and a decorative illumination device using the same. <P>SOLUTION: The decorative illumination fixture 3 is formed by vertically laminating an upper LED illumination member 4 illuminating upside and a lower LED illumination member 5 illuminating lower side through a jointing member 6 back to back. The decorative illumination fixture controls the turning on and off of an LED light emitting part 7 by the weight of the decoration body put thereon. A concave part for inserting a button for controlling turning on and off of the lower LED illumination member is arranged at the lower face of the jointing member 6, and a concave part for inserting a button for controlling turning on and off of the upper LED illumination member is arranged at the upper face of the jointing member 6.
