摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a cooling unit suitable for cost reduction and miniaturization. <P>SOLUTION: A cooling plate equipped in the cooling unit has a constitution for oppositely arranging a pair of plate-like members 12 and 13 by sandwiching a cooling pipe 14 for flowing a cooling fluid in-between. This manufacturing method comprises a groove part forming process of forming groove parts 122 and 132 for storing the cooling pipe 14 on at least one opposed surface 123 or 133 of the pair of plate-like members 12 and 13, and a joining process of joining the pair of respective plate-like members 12 and 13 and the cooling pipe 14 by storing the cooling pipe 14 in the groove parts 122 and 132. In the joining process, adjacent parts 127 and 137 are engaged with the cooling pipe 14 by deforming the adjacent parts 127 and 137 of the groove parts 122 and 132 by adding external force to at least one of the pair of plate-like members 12 and 13. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p>
