<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system and a method for regulating access to a message by an expanded point. <P>SOLUTION: Before transmitting a message to an expanded point, the message is wrapped with a wrapper object related to the expanded point. The expanded point, when preparation for starting operation for the message is made, can perform validity inspection of the wrapper object. As the validity of the wrapper object is confirmed, the expanded point can access the message. Later, the expanded point, when operation for the message is completed, can invalidate the wrapper object.
