<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately set a capacity of a capacitor to a request value by correcting dispersion in the capacity of the capacitor, even after a multilayer substrate is manufactured in the capacitor which is built in the multilayer substrate. <P>SOLUTION: The capacitor has a first capacitor construct 18 sandwiching a paraelectric layer 12 between paired first electrodes constituted of an upper electrode 8 an a lower electrode 14, a second capacitor part 19 sandwiching a ferroelectric layer 13 between paired second electrodes, constituted of an upper electrode 9 and a lower electrode 15, and a voltage-applying means for applying a voltage to the paired second electrodes. In the capacitor wherein the first capacitor construct 18 and the second capacitor part 19 are connected parallel or in series, the capacity of the capacitor is set accurately to the requested value by adjusting the capacity of the second capacitor construct 19 by the voltage-applying means. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
