摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel light sensor capable of miniaturization and of accurately detecting an incident direction of incident light. SOLUTION: The light sensor composed of a substrate 101, and first and second light receiving elements 104a and 104b comprise a laminate 102 including first and second layers (semiconductor layers 123 and 124) disposed on the substrate 101 in order from a substrate 101 side; and at least one upright sections 103a and 103b formed by bending the first and second layers to a second layer side. The first layer and the second layer have a different lattice constant, respectively. Further, the first and second layers are bent with force caused by differences of the lattice constants in a plurality of layers including the first and second layers. The light receiving element 104a is formed on the upstand section 103a. The light receiving elements 104a and 104b are disposed such that the light receiving surface of the light receiving element 104a and the light receiving surface of the light receiving element 104b are non-parallel.
