PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve operation property and silence property of a multiple disc clutch device reinforced for high load and simplify a structure of a part around a friction plate mounting part. SOLUTION: A friction connection part 40 has a ring member 44 connected with an outer peripheral side of a damper mechanism 30, a plurality of first friction plates 41 arranged on an outer peripheral side of the ring member 44 and engaged with the ring member 44 so as to prevent their relative rotation and move relatively in the axial direction, and a second friction plate 42 arranged between the plurality of first friction plates and engaged with a clutch cover assembly body 5 so as to prevent its relative rotation and move relatively in the axial direction.
