PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel injection valve 1 capable of restricting intrusion of bubbles into a low-pressure chamber 24 housing an actuator and a driving power transmitting part. SOLUTION: The low-pressure chamber 24 is formed inside a piezoelectric body 21, and a piezoelectric stack 25 and the driving force transmitting part are housed in the low-pressure chamber 24. The low-pressure chamber 24 is communicated with a valve chamber 12 through a leak port 17, and connected to a low-pressure leak passage 16 through a communication passage 26. A valve needle 41 is slidably inserted into the leak port 17. The communication passage 26 is inclined so that a low-pressure leak passage 16 side thereof is arranged higher than a low-pressure chamber 24 side thereof. With this structure, when a control valve 13 opens the leak port 17, flow of the leak fuel comprising bubbles into the low-pressure chamber 24 through the leak port 17 can be prevented. Since the communication passage 26 is inclined, flow of the fuel comprising bubbles from the low-pressure leak passage 16 into the low-pressure chamber 24 can be prevented.
