PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems that a conventional bearing wall for a wooden building is composed of horizontal members (a beam, a sill and the like) and bracing members or face members such as structural plywood and fixed integrally with other structural members, which impedes a free change of room arrangement as a movable type, and a conventional movable partition wall offers only two selections of using a room large or small by opening/closing with no bearing wall effect of resisting a seismic force, and if trying to change the room arrangement including a conventional fixed bearing wall, construction work becomes large-scaled including the reinforcement of the columns and beams and the removal of an internal wall, the ceiling and the floor, and if trying to make a change while having the degree of a spatial freedom and earthquake resistance, construction work takes a long time and it is not carried out easily because there is a possibility of not being able to use the inside of the room during a construction period. SOLUTION: The installation of a movable bearing wall for a wooden construction manufactured according to the columns, beams and floor of a wooden building gives the degree of freedom in changing room arrangement, and even if the room arrangement is changed, an environment in the enhanced state of earthquake resistance can be provided because of resisting a seismic force as the bearing wall.
