PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connecting structure of panels having the small number of components and mounting man-hours while panels can be easily connected to each other and a visual appearance can be improved. SOLUTION: Panels 1, 1 are connected so as to be abutted to each other in the connecting structure of the panel 1. In each panel 1, 1, bolt-inserting hole 5, 5 extending perpendicularly from the abutted face 9 and nut-inserting hole 6, 6 crossing from a vertical face 10 at right angle to the bolt-inserting hole 5 are formed while a wrench-inserting hole 7 is formed. The panel also includes a forward nut 2A and a reverse nut 2B inserted into the respective nut-insertion holes 6, 6, a forward screw 4a, a reverse screw 4b and a manipulation part 4c. Furthermore, a bolt 4, which is inserted into the bolt-inserting hole 5, 5 and turned via the manipulation part with a wrench 11 so that the normal screw 4a is screwed into the normal nut 2A and also the reverse screw 4b into the reverse nut 2B, is provided for connecting the panels 1, 1.
