PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fireproof partition wall, its construction method and a form for a panel body for use in the fireproof partition wall constructible without requiring skill, shortening a construction period, reducing cost, and obtaining uniform finish appearance. SOLUTION: The fireproof partition wall is constituted by juxtaposing a plurality of panel bodies. The panel body is constituted by mounting a lining fireproof board and a facing fireproof board to almost the whole or a main part on one face side of a structure built up with upper and lower runners and at least two studs, and mounting a lining fireproof board and a facing fireproof board, leaving clearances used as open parts, at an upper part and a lower part on the other face side of the structure. The clearances used as the open parts at the upper part and the lower part on the other face side are closed up by after-mounting the lining fireproof board and facing fireproof board.
