PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mechanical multi-story bicycle parking lot which can prevent derailing and overturning troubles of a bicycle at the time of unloading, and can prevent overturning and dropping troubles of a bicycle adjacent to the bicycle concerned, to thereby improve the availability thereof. SOLUTION: The mechanical multi-story bicycle parking lot is comprised of a discriminating camera for photographing a bicycle loaded on a storage shelf, and a computer for processing an image of the bicycle photographed by the discriminating camera, and determining whether or not an inclination angle of the bicycle falls in a predetermined allowable range.
