PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scroll compressor and an air conditioner, having stepped parts formed to spiral laps of a fixed scroll and a swirl scroll to efficiently reduce compression leakage from the stepped parts. SOLUTION: The scroll compressor has an oil supply means directly supplying oil to the stepped parts of the fixed scroll and the swirl scroll, and an oil supply part formed to a member brought into contact with the swirl scroll. Therefore, the rotating motion of the swirl scroll intermittently supplies the oil to the stepped parts to effectively suppress the compression leakage from the stepped parts.
