PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for melting snow on a roof into water by gas heat. SOLUTION: A resin pipe 2 is laid under overheat unburnt synthetic tiles 1, and a heat insulating material 3 is further laid thereunder. Water collected in a hot water storage tank 4 is allowed to pass through a heat source machine 5 and pressurized to supply hot water into the pipe 2 on the roof and to circulate in the pipe 2 to melt snow.
