PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide opening equipment with good designability, which can achieve sufficient barrier-free, and which hardly causes the accumulation of trash. SOLUTION: This opening equipment is equipped with a frame 2 which comprises a head 2a, a sill 2b, and right and left jambs 2c and 2d, and sashes 3 and 4 which are openably/closably provided in the frame 2; a top surface of the sill 2b is almost flatly formed; a dew-condensation-water reservoir part 34 with a recess 33 for receiving dew condensation water is integrally or separately provided on the indoor side of the sill 2b; a cover member 44 for almost flatly covering a top surface of the recess 33 is detachably provided on the recess 33; and a drain inlet 45 for discharging the dew condensation water into the recess 33 from a top surface part 44a of the cover member is provided at the end of the cover member 44.
