PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve tack property, adhesiveness, and workability of a cement for a tire tread splice. SOLUTION: This cement for a tire tread splice comprises 70-100 parts by weight styrene/butadiene rubber, 0-30 parts by weight natural rubber, and 3-15 parts by weight liquid styrene/butadiene copolymer resin, and the liquid styrene/butadiene copolymer resin has a number average molecular weight of 2,000-9,000, and a vinyl quantity of 20-80%.
