PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric opening/closing device for a toilet lid and a toilet seat, capable of opening and closing the toilet lid and the toilet seat by one motor, while the toilet lid and seat can be safely opened/closed even with a hand. SOLUTION: The device comprises: a driving shaft 3 connected to a single driving motor 1 via a gear train 2, etc.; a toilet seat opening/closing driven shaft 4 whose axial center is the same as that of the driving shaft 3, so as to be slidably contact and engaged and to be freely turnable; a toilet seat opening/closing side lock means 16 which is arranged on an engagement surface, where the toilet seat opening/closing driven shaft 4 is opposed to the driving shaft 3, and restricts the mutual rotation force of the shafts; a toilet lid opening/closing driven shaft 5 whose axial center is the same as those of the driving shaft 3 and the toilet seat opening/closing driven shaft 4, so as to be slidably contact and engaged and to be freely turnable; a toilet lid opening/closing side lock means 17 which is arranged on an engagement surface, where the toilet lid opening/closing driven shaft 5 is opposed to the driving shaft 3, and restricts the mutual rotation of the shafts.
