The invention concerns a device (29) for transmitting electric power between alternating voltage networks (2, 3), said device comprising converters (6, 7) interconnected by direct current lines (8a, 8b, 9a, 9b) and provided each with several six-pulse conversion bridges (19,20,21,22), the six-pulse conversion bridges (19,20,21,22) of one same converter (6, 7) capable of being connected to an alternating voltage network (2, 3) associated with the converters (6, 7) via inductances (4, 5) differently phase-shifted and a control unit being provided to energize the valves (28) of the six-pulse conversion bridges (19,20,21,22). The invention aims at making said device more economical. Therefor, the converters (6, 7) are interconnected by a plurality of direct current circuits (30, 31), each direct current circuit being galvanically separated from at least an alternating voltage network (2, 3). |
