The invention relates to an ejector (10) for opening a steel casting ladle channel provided with a bottom sliding closure (1) comprising an ejector arrow (12) which is insertable into the casting bush channel (7) of the bottom sliding closure, is exposed to the action of the preloaded ejector spring (13) held by the ejector base (11) in the charging direction thereof, is supported by the fixed plate (2) of the bottom sliding closure (1), when it is closed, and can be ejected into the casting channel above the fixed plate (2) of the opening of the bottom sliding closure (1) under the tension of the ejector spring (13). The aim of said invention is to provide said type ejector with a larger open cross-section for draining a filling mass located in the casting channel. For this purpose, the ejector arrow (12) is pivotally mounted on the ejector base (11) in such a way that the sliding plate (5) is displaceable with respect to the fixed plate (2) by the friction thereon and the point of said ejector arrow (12) is pivoted against the edge of the through opening of sliding plate (5), which is placed behind it in the displacement direction. |
