<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a portable type player is made large at a periphery side of a disk radial direction when a laser unit terminal part is loaded on the portable type player since the laser unit terminal part is soldered to a copper pattern part arranged inside with a space from the outermost periphery of a flexible printed circuit board. <P>SOLUTION: The optical pickup is miniaturized by providing solder connection between a terminal electrode 12 extending from the laser unit terminal part 10 and a terminal part electrode 13 of the flexible printed circuit board 11 for supplying drive current of a laser unit on a surface perpendicular to an optical axis center of a laser beam. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
