PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a load on a network or on an audit server in a job archive system.

SOLUTION: During the implementation of a job by a digital copy machine 1001, audit image data and the like from the digital copy machine 1001 to an audit server 1100 is prohibited from being transferred and only transferred just after the finish of the job. In this way, during the implementation of the job by the digital copy machine 1001, the transfer of the audit image data and the like between the audit server 1100 and the digital copy machine 1001 is prohibited or restricted.
