<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi-chamber-split pouch with a supply port which is not bulky before filled with content, can secure wide filling ports for respective storage chambers when filled, and can easily control the concentration of ingredients when mixing and pouring out the respective ingredients separately received. <P>SOLUTION: At least one portion of a sidewall of the pouch is extended outward to form a split chamber having an outlet at its tip and communicating with a pouch body. An easily peelable partition is provided slightly toward the split chamber from a branch of the pouch. In addition, the supply port is formed at the other end of the pouch body.
