<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress rotational deformation of a bead core to improve durability of a bead part. <P>SOLUTION: A tire 1 for heavy load is equipped with a carcass ply 6A composed of a steel cord having a main body part 6a which gets from a tread part 2 to a bead core 5 of the bead part 4 through a side wall part 3, and a folding part 6b continued to the main body 6a, and folded around the bead core 5 to the outside from the inside in the axial direction of the tire. The folding part 6b is composed of a main part bent along a side surface in the axial direction of the tire of the bead core 5, an inner surface of the radial direction of the tire, and the outer side surface in the axial direction of the tire, and a sub part continued to the main part, extending in the vicinity of the outer surface in the radial direction of the tire of the bead core toward the main body part, and having an outer end ending without contacting the main body part. A deformation suppression rubber 13 having a complex elastic modulus of 20 to 80 MPa is disposed in the core inner range surrounded by the tangent line contacting the inner surface of the bead core, and a steal cord of the main part. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
