PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a brilliant decorative sheet having no occurrence fear of a crack in a brilliant layer even in a case that the brilliant decorative sheet is inserted after preformed, and a method of manufacturing a brilliant decorative molded product. SOLUTION: The brilliant decorative sheet is constituted by forming at least the brilliant layer, which comprises ink containing a brilliant pigment, on a thermoformable substrate sheet and, since the brilliant layer contains 30-50 wt% of a vinyl chloride/vinyl acetate copolymer resin, the brilliancy of the brilliant decorative sheet is not damaged by processing which accompanies stretching.
