PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a three-winding type non-reciprocal element which has small insertion loss and whose bandwidth is wide. SOLUTION: The three-winding type non-reciprocal element arranges a 1st center conductor, a 2nd center conductor, and a 3rd center conductor nearby a ferrite thin plate while the ferrite thin plate is applied with a static magnetic field from a permanent magnet. The three-winding type non-reciprocal element is characterized in that the 1st center conductor has one end as an input terminal and the other end as an output terminal, one end of the 2nd center conductor is connected to the other end of the 1st center conductor, one end of a resistance element is connected to one end of the 3rd center conductor, and the other-end sides of the 2nd center conductor and 3rd center conductor, and the other end of the resistance element are connected to a common portion.
