<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a glass panel attached with an electronic tag so that the beauty of the glass panel and the function of the electronic tag are injured as little as possible. <P>SOLUTION: The glass panel 10 comprises first plate glass 12 and second plate glass 14 where their main surfaces are placed to be opposed to each other, an intermediate film 15 which is located between the first plate glass 12 and the second plate glass 14 and which joins them, the electronic tag 20 which is arranged between the first plate glass 12 and the second plate glass 14 and a shielding layer 19 which is located to be joined to a portion close to the periphery of the first plate glass 12 and which prevents light transmission.
