<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a touch panel input device which can be easily operated even by a person who is not able to operate a normal touch panel due to various reasons. <P>SOLUTION: A transparent guide plate 120 where guide hole parts 122 are perforated is mounted on a touch panel input device 100 of an information processor.
