<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power management method for a hybrid power supply and a system power management method and system in which a secondary battery will not lose the adjustment function, when the voltage of secondary battery is the cut-off voltage, and the secondary battery never be damaged, and moreover, the fuels of fuel cells will not be consumed. <P>SOLUTION: A power management method for a hybrid power supply comprises a secondary battery, a primary battery, a step of providing a DC-DC converter, a step of detecting the voltages of the secondary battery, as well as for determining capacitance state of the secondary battery according to a comparative table between voltages and capacitances of secondary battery. The capacitances of the secondary battery are smaller than a first predetermined value, the DC-DC converter controls the primary battery and outputs the first fixed value of a first electrical parameter. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
