<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a variation in operation, by restraining generation of turbulent flow in a valve chamber, in an ON/OFF solenoid ball valve. <P>SOLUTION: This ON/OFF solenoid ball valve has at least one inlet port 102, at least one pressure control outlet port 112, at least one exhaust port 114, at least one check valve arranged between the pressure control outlet port 112 and the exhaust port 114, and at least one bypass orifice 124 arranged so as to allow a flow of an inlet fluid to the pressure control outlet port 112 whichever position of ON or OFF the valve positions. By these characteristics and capacity for controlling the flow, this valve can be used for an application example conventionally restricted in use of the ON/OFF solenoid ball valve. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
