PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a detection apparatus capable of detecting the approach of a detected object and pushing by the detected object, with a simple structure. SOLUTION: A second LC resonant element 7 is arranged to keep a predetermined interval and to face with respect to a first LC resonant element 4 in a self-excited oscillation circuit 3. A detection circuit 9 detects a change of an oscillation frequency of the self-excited oscillation circuit 3 generated depending upon a change of the interval between the first LC resonant element 4 and the second LC resonant element 7.
