PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To more clearly understand contents for an external telephone of an emergency notice from an information terminal. SOLUTION: If a human detection sensor detects a human body (S2), the human body detection information is transmitted to the information terminal which holds the information (S3). On the other hand, when a human body is not detected, if a constant time, for instance, an hour has passed (S4), the information terminal checks the human body detection information which has been so far obtained from the human detection sensor (S5). If a time when the human body has never been detected is equal to a set time based on the information obtained by the information terminal, an emergency contact is made to a telephone number registered in the information terminal (S6), and such a speech guidance that "A safety sensor does not respond. Please make contact with Ms. Hanako YAMADA's home. " or the like is repeated as a speech message including peculiar information of the information terminal for three minutes at the longest (S7).
