PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anti-aging cosmetic exhibiting a synergy effect on wrinkles, firmness and elasticity of an aged skin, and maintaining a fresh and youthful skin. SOLUTION: The invention relates to the anti-aging cosmetic (1) comprising following (A)-(D). (A) A Chlorella vulgaris extract which is a collagen production promoter. (B) An estrogenic agent. (C) An active oxygen scavenger. (D) An anti-inflammatory. (2) The estrogenic agent (B) comprises at least one selected from Glycine maxes extract, Puerariae Radix extract, Pueraria mirifica extract and Trifolium pretense extract, and the active oxygen scavenger (C) comprises at least one selected from Sanguisorba officinalis extract, tea extract, Moutan Cortex extract and Olea europaea leaf extract, and the anti-inflammatory (D) comprises at least one selected from Houttuynia cordata extract having a hyaluronidase inhibiting activity, Althea extract and Aloe vera L. extract.
