PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an agrochemical granular preparation applicable to various agrochemically active ingredients including not only water soluble agrochemical active ingredients but also water insoluble agrochemical active ingredients and excellent in elution-regulating function. SOLUTION: This sustained release agrochemical granular preparation is provided by using the agrochemically active ingredients, a binder, a carrier and as an anionic surfactant, a polyoxyalkylene alkyl ether phosphoric acid ester expressed by general formula (I): [RO(AO)<SB>n</SB>]<SB>p</SB>PO(OM)<SB>q</SB>[wherein, R is an 8-24C straight chain-formed alkyl; A is a 2-4C alkylene; (n) is an integer of 0 or 1-20; (p), (q) are each an integer giving (p+q)=3 and p=1 or 2; M is H, an alkali metal atom, ammonium or an organic ammonium group] or its salt.
