COGENERATION SYSTEM

A cogeneration system includes a generation device (5), a cooling circuit (10) for cooling the generation device (5) by a first heat transfer medium, a heat exchanger (16) arranged on the cooling circuit (10), an exhausted heat collection circuit (12) in which the first heat transfer medium and a second heat transfer medium flow via the heat exchanger (16), a heat accumulation unit (20) connected tot he exhausted heat collection circuit (12) for accumulating the second heat transfer medium which has been heat-exchanged by the heat exchanger (16), and a control unit (21). At the downstream of the heat exchanger (16) in the direction of flow of the second heat transfer medium, a first temperature detector (17) and a heater supplied with power of the generation unit (5) are connected in this order and the control unit (21) controls the flow rate of a circulation pump (13) so that the detected temperature becomes a predetermined target temperature according tot he temperature detected by the first temperature detector (17). With this configuration, it is possible to prevent lowering of the water temperature in the exhausted heat collection and stably maintain the water temperature at a high temperature while assuring safety.
