Preparation of polyurethane-semi-hard foam comprises: reacting polyisocyante with a compound comprising at least two isocyanate with reactive hydrogen atom in the presence of a propellant and optionally a catalyst, where the compound with two isocyanate with reactive hydrogen group contains at least a polyether alcohol, which is obtained by adsorption of alkylene oxide at aliphatic compound with at least an tertiary amino group. An independent claim is included for polyurethane-semi-hard foam obtained by the process.
