PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus which achieves ease of handling with a handy operation while allowing the smooth continuation of exercising by enabling the clear presentation of the motivation for exercising.

SOLUTION: An input screen for personal profile information is shown on a display part 34 and the personal profile information is received through a key operation part 41. A selection screen of a reproduced music list is shown on the display part 34 and the selection input of the reproduced music list is received through the key operation part 41. A control part 10 controls a voice signal output processing part 31 following the reproduced music list selected to reproduce a music data. The control part 10 calculates the kinetic amount of the user based on the characteristic information of the reproduced music data and the received personal profile information and the result is reported.
