<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information delivery system for delivering information in time bases appropriate for a transmitter side and for a receiver side of information. <P>SOLUTION: A user visits an event site for participation in an event such as watching of a football game while carrying a mobile communication terminal 10 such as a cellular phone capable of receiving and displaying information and an IC tag 20 recording his/her own user ID. At that time, the user makes a reader 30 set in the event site or in a way to the event site read the user ID in the IC tag 20 to transmit it to an information delivery server 40.
