<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-emitting device like an organic EL device displaying an image of high quality for a long period by enhancing a heat radiation property, and an electronic apparatus equipped with such a light-emitting device. <P>SOLUTION: Heat generated when the organic EL element 72 emits light is radiated by utilizing heat conduction and heat emission by a heat radiation film 61 formed on a second bank part 47b.
