<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system (an image forming apparatus) capable of managing a document with high security inexpensively. <P>SOLUTION: The image forming apparatus is provided with: cassettes 240 and 241 for housing a recording medium with an RFID tag to which the RFID tag capable of reading out data and exchanging it by electric waves is attached; and a data read-out part 273 for reading information on RFID.
