<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a quick connector for separably fixing a metallic pipe and/or resisting rotation of the connected pipe, in a fluid system. <P>SOLUTION: A quick connector joint assembly has a body, the pipe and a retainer for fixing the pipe in the body. The body defines an inside cavity extending from an opening. The pipe has an end form extending in the inside cavity by passing through the opening. The end form has the tip and an engaging surface. The engaging surface of the end form interacts with a lock surface allocated to the body or the retainer, and can thereby resist the rotational movement of the pipe to the body. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
