PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent slipping-out of a ratchet clip. SOLUTION: This ratchet clip has a central part, a male end part and a female end part, and the female end part has an upper half part and a lower half part. The male end part is inserted between the upper half part and the lower half part of the female end part, and a set of opposed teeth mutually hold the male end part and the female end part. For preventing accidental slipping-out of the set of teeth, the male end part is provided with a holding surface mutually fitted to a track arranged in the upper half part of the female end part. When inserting the male end part once into the female end part, mutual fitting of the holding surface and the track prevents one end part from being moved in the horizontal direction to the other end part by horizontal directional force.
