PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for obtaining a graft substance excellent in physical properties such as strength by applying a continuous graft polymerization method to an organic polymer composite material formed of plural materials. SOLUTION: The method is such continuous radiation graft polymerization for organic polymer composite substrate formed of plural materials as a continuous radiation graft polymerization of long length organic polymer composite substrate which polymerization comprises a step for irradiating radiation on the substrate in an inert atmosphere and a step for graft polymerization of the irradiated substrate in an inert atmosphere and, between the irradiation step and the graft polymerization step, performs a radical regulating step for contacting the irradiated substrate to a radical eliminant and/or heating.
