PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor circuit substrate wherein the radiation of an electromagnetic wave noise is reduced. SOLUTION: This semiconductor circuit substrate 1 comprises a silicon substrate 2, and a stub 4 is provided on a conductor pattern 3 formed on the silicon substrate 2.
