PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that, since an increase and decrease in data before and after an input signal are not considered in a conventional PWM system, a noise component generated with respect to a change of the input signal cannot be controlled. SOLUTION: In control of a pulse output by a PWM conversion, the position of the pulse in response to an increase and decrease in values from the data before and after the input signal is calculated, and the pulse is generated in response to the acquired position of the pulse for output. Thus, the outgoing pulse is made faithful for the change of the input signal, and it is possible to enhance sound quality and reduce the noise component such as a higher harmonic wave with respect to the input signal.
