PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To propose a new piping method implemented by employing a siphon draining system for a water supply instrument, according to which piping work is carried out in an arbitrary order. SOLUTION: According to the piping method, when an instrument drain pipe and the other pipes including water/hot water feed pipes and a gas pipe are arranged, the instrument drain pipe is connected to a draining down pipe such that siphon power is applied to the same. Herein the instrument drain pipe and the other pipes can be arranged in an arbitrary order, and the instrument drain pipe is arranged astride the other pipes. 1 draining down pipe 1; 2 water supply instrument; 3 instrument drain pipe; 4 joint; 5 floor slab; 11 water feed pipe; 12 hot water feed pipe; Hp drain port head; Hs siphon head.
