PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an engine cylinder head structure efficiently improving cooling performance in an exhaust side of a water jacket as compared with an intake side while improving cooling performance of a spark plug hole wall by making limited cooling water efficiently flow. SOLUTION: A first flow restriction longitudinal bead 81 is provided to restrict flow of cooling water and increase flow speed at this section. Since a cooling passage 35 opens at a flow in zone 31c between exhaust ports 14, 14, flow speed at this section is increased and cooling water is sucked out from the cooling passage 35 by venturi effect.
