PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a warm water washing toilet seat device provided with a drain valve which is not opened unexpectedly. SOLUTION: The warm water washing toilet seat device comprises a case 2 fitted to a rear section installation part 1a of a body of a toilet bowl 1, a warm water tank 5 housed in the case 2 for heating a washing mechanism 6 for injecting the washing water to a private part of a human body and for heating the washing water fed to the washing mechanism 6 to a predetermined temperature, and a drain valve 50 connected to the warm water tank 5 to drain the washing water in the warm water tank 5, when the need arises, by operation from the outside of the case 2.
