PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic vending/lending apparatus capable of collecting sales proceeds in a short period. SOLUTION: A collection-dedicated sales safe 16 having the same function as bill storage parts 13 to 15 of a bill input storage part 11 is set to store input bills within the range of sales amount. At the collection of the bills from the sales safe 16, a sales shortage is dispensed from a bill dispensing part 22 and a coin dispensing part 23.
