TEXT GROUP SPECIFICATION METHOD, PROGRAM, ELECTRONIC FILE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a text group specification method, program and electronic file management system for efficiently associating the text group of an electronic file included in a text document before update with the text group included in the text document after update even when the text document of the electronic file is updated/changed. SOLUTION: This text group specification method is provided to associate one or more new text groups being a text group included in a text document after update obtained by updating the text document with one or more old text groups being a text group included in the text document before update. This text group specification method comprises a text group featured value calculation step for calculating text group featured values being the featured values of all of the old text group and the new text group and a text group specification step for associating each new text group with each old text group based on the calculated text group featured values of all of the text groups.
