PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem wherein noise is generated inside of a tire when pressure waves generated by deformation of a tire grounding part resonate. SOLUTION: A plurality of piezoelectric element units is arranged in a tire circumferential direction and buried in a tread portion 12. Each piezoelectric element unit includes a first piezoelectric element 22 and a second piezoelectric element 24 which are electrically connected with each other. If the tread portion 12 grounds and deformed at the time of traveling, a pressure wave 32 and a pressure wave 34 are generated. The pressure wave 32 and the pressure wave 34 are transmitted in the tire circumferential direction at the same speed. If the tread portion 12 grounds and deforms, the first piezoelectric element 22 deforms to generate voltage. The second piezoelectric element 24 to which the voltage is added is bent. If the tread portion 12 at a burying position of the second piezoelectric element 24 deforms, a cross-sectional area of a tire inner space 46 in which the pressure wave 34 moving is changed. The transmitting speed of the pressure wave 34, namely a phase is changed, and a phase difference is generated between the pressure wave 32 and the pressure wave 34.
